Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital workflow templates from Wirebench. Wirebench is operated by Chunlei Zhu, an individual seller based in China ("we", "us"). By purchasing or downloading a template you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital products: workflow templates for n8n (an exported workflow file, a setup guide and example input files). Current products and prices:

Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Templates are independent products and are not official n8n or Apify products.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the reseller of record for all orders and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes / VAT, invoices and receipts. Your payment is also subject to Creem's terms of service. The charge on your card statement may reference Creem.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally: immediately after successful payment you receive a download link on the checkout confirmation page and by email. No physical goods are shipped. If you do not receive your download, contact zhucl1006@gmail.com.

4. What you need (not included)

To use the templates you need your own n8n instance (n8n Cloud or self-hosted) and your own Apify account and API token. Fees charged by n8n, Apify, Slack, Google or any other third-party service are your responsibility and are not included in the price. Third-party services may change their APIs or pricing; we will make reasonable efforts to keep templates working but cannot control those services.

5. License

When you purchase a template you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

use and modify the template for yourself (single user), or within a single team or organisation for its internal business purposes;
run it in as many of your own or your organisation's n8n instances as you need;
use it to deliver results for your own clients, as long as you do not hand over the template file itself.

You may not: resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the template files or setup guides (modified or unmodified), including on template marketplaces, public repositories or file-sharing sites; or offer them as part of a competing template product. All intellectual property in the templates remains with us.

6. Refund policy

14-day refund guarantee. If a template cannot be imported into a supported n8n version or does not work as described on our website, email zhucl1006@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the problem. We will first try to help you fix it; if we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund.

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are not provided for change of mind after download, for issues caused by third-party services you have not set up (for example an inactive Apify account or exhausted credits), or for requested custom features. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

7. Support

Each purchase includes 7 days of email support for import and setup questions, at zhucl1006@gmail.com. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Custom development is not included.

8. Acceptable use

You must use the templates only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of the data sources and services they connect to. In particular, you must not use the Domain Lead Enrichment template or its output to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), to process domains or personal data you are not permitted to process, or in breach of anti-spam or data-protection laws (such as the GDPR, CAN-SPAM or PIPL). You are solely responsible for how you use any data the workflows retrieve.

9. Disclaimer

Apart from the refund guarantee above, templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data returned by third-party sources.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
