Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wirebench ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit this website or buy our workflow templates for n8n. Wirebench is operated by Chunlei Zhu, an individual seller based in China, who is responsible for the processing described here.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax / VAT, invoices and receipts. We never receive or store your full card or bank details. Creem's own privacy policy applies to the information you provide during checkout.

1. Information we collect

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not run any tracking scripts.

2. What we do not collect

The templates run entirely inside your own n8n instance and your own Apify account. We do not receive, host or store your Apify API token, webhook URLs, workflow executions, domain lists or any results produced by the workflows.

3. Legal bases

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR or China's Personal Information Protection Law apply, we process your information to perform our contract with you (delivery and support), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing this website. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers needed to run the business: Creem (payments, taxes, invoicing and file delivery), GitHub (website hosting) and our email provider (support correspondence). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

5. International transfers

We are based in China and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

6. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting rules (typically up to 7 years). Support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained according to GitHub's policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email zhucl1006@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

This site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to order and support data to what is necessary to serve you.

9. Children

Our products are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
